Going to Brooklyn? Then go to FABBRICA

I never had the habit of going to Brooklyn. But now I do!

Italian Food

Beaked oven pizza, home made pasta and cheese/meat table. Yes, they have it all!

This little spot is located in bushwick Brooklyn (it is super easy to get there by the train or car) and it is a great mix of traditional Italian dishes and some traditional American options.

If you are going for pasta I recommend Pici al limone - hand rolled spaghetti, lemon zest, nutmeg, sicilian pistacchio nuts, cream.

But if you are going for pizza, well that is a bit hard to decide, but definitely try Prosciutto - tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, arugula, prosciutto di Parma, shaved parmigiano. Also, the size of the pizza is very friendly and they can do more than one flavor if you like.

Noneless, this is a Italian inspired food, a lot of pasta and pizza, but they also offer a delicious option of beef or veggie burger, so friendly to vegetarians and burger lovers.

Cocktails

Fabbrica offers a small selection of craft beer, but wide selection of cocktails and wine.

The drink on the picture below is The Devil in Me and it is not only one of their best sellers, but it is just my favorite!

The environment is lovely and cozy. You will definitely fell welcome and part of the Fabric family - I do not live in Brooklyn neither have the chance to go there as much as I would like, but all locals make sure you will feel always invited and welcome!

Last (but extremely important!), yes, they do have brunch every Saturday and Sunday.

So if you are exploring Brooklyn, visiting those lovely thrift shops and antique stores you can only find in Brooklyn, make sure you go there with extra time and make a stop at FABBRICA!
